Stargazing at Queen's

1300 light years from Earth, new stars are being born in a glorious cloud of gas and dust. Come and see the Orion Nebula along with other stellar objects at Queen’s University Belfast. Telescopes operated by members of Queen’s Astrophysics Research Centre and the Irish Astronomical Association will be there allowing visitors the chance to view these fascinating spectacles with your own eyes!
This is a weather dependent event that will take place on one evening between Monday 20 and Wednesday 22 February, 6:30pm-10:00pm. The announcement on whether it is happening will be posted by 3pm on our webpages and our Facebook pages, along with further information.
