Join artist instrument builder Ed Devane in a hands-on workshop and leave with three different musical instruments: a Hexbourine tambourine, a simple horn instrument called the Balloony Tube and a Tik-Tak-Glo drum that has an LED that lights every time the drum head is hit. Participants will be introduced to the world of music, instrument building, simple electronics, geometry and material manipulation using specially laser cut designs with a STEAM education twist.
