Sipp Up in a Brewery is a unique walking and beer sampling tour which showcases the incredible science behind brewing beer in some of the North West’s very own breweries. 

Beginning at the Grand Central Bar (Strand Road), we will begin our tour over a light lunch while sampling from the Dopey Dick Brewing Company’s range.

Following lunch, we will visit the Northbound Brewery and Walled City Brewery, before finishing up at the Guildhall Taphouse with music and sustenance. At each of these locations, we will meet brew masters, learn some of the secrets of their craft, and sample their all-important products.
