Six teams have six hours to compete for one prize!
This event is aimed at Year 13/AS level Home Economics/Nutrition & Food Science pupils who think they have what it takes to be food innovators.
The school teams will work with food mentors in a commercial kitchen to create a novel food product from scratch. Six hours later, teams will pitch their product to a panel of industry experts who will decide on the product that wins CAFRE's inaugural 'Blue Sky' Cup - our first ever schools innovation trophy. The process starts here for a Boardroom showdown.
Competition details will be sent to school teams well in advance and all necessary resources will be provided on the day.
