Enjoy an intimate dining experience at Taylor & Clay. Hear our chef’s views on the future of meat and taste the world’s first flax-fed Wagyu beef.
Sample organic heritage vegetables from David Love Cameron’s Walled Garden at Helen’s Bay, and watch as our chefs bring the vegetable back to the centre of the plate with a little help from our signature Asador Grill.
We have also collaborated with Ulster University ceramics’ students to present you with some unique eating vessels from which we will eat both sauce and meat.
